Hi! I'm actively looking for off-market deals in Norfolk, VA adjacent to ODU, Norfolk State, and EVMS primarily as a fixed-income style investment and I was wondering if you had advice on:

1. Investor-savvy real estate agents to work with 

2. Potential opportunities in the market right now

3. Groups syndicating larger deals in hampton roads

As it stands, I could be a cash buyer in the region and I'm willing to face equity losses in the short-run as a trade-off for safe rental return in the long-run.
