Brian Burke - thats exactly what happened to my neighbor, she lived in the house mortgage free for 2 years before they finally sent it to auction, she moved out the day before auction, auction closed, and the winning bidder closed on the house 3 months later, he already had it rented out a week after auction, and started rehabbing (ballsy) and kicked her a couple hundred bucks for rent in the mean time, as she was still the recorded owner.

Looks like 734 plus taxes, by the time you work in vacancy and higher maintenance on a MH, with 900 rents you have less than 100 bucks, for the risk, ding on your liabilities, limited appreciation and management, I'd pass on it.
