To keep him from coming back to the property (since it sounds like that may be the best option) I would install the blinds yourself or have someone you know help you (it's pretty simple to install them - just time consuming). 

Assembly is time consuming, and install can be a blessing or a curse. 

Keep in mind, rezoning is the best way to accomplish all of this, however it is the most costly and time consuming. 

Consumers are looking for homes that are attractive to live in. 

Apparently the coffee was being served so hot (190 degrees, which is much hotter than coffee is normally served) because of a policy McDonalds developed based on consumer research that showed people were more likely to spend additional time/money at their franchises if they had to wait longer for their coffee to cool down enough to drink it (if consumed at the temperature served, it would burn people's mouths and throats).

I've been consuming content like crazy (BP books, BP podcasts, YouTube university, etc...) to learn as much as possible and am excited to go through the process to get some hands on experience. 

If you don't have a demanding  FT job, I would suggest that you manage yourself because it is definitely doable, especially with one unit, but it can be time consuming.

@Anthony Robinson It can seem time consuming and you’ll want to just pull the trigger, but based on my mistakes - don’t.

Unfortunately, what that says to me is that they do not have confidence in the underwriting ability of the lenders, which in turn means the end consumer gets to pay for this lack of confidence or the lender's inability to properly underwrite.
