FHA loans are not impossible to pull of on the SF/Peninsula, but they are tuff.

Stephen, while it does sound like a sad situation, it's pretty impossible to comment or help without any of the #s.

That's a tough prediction to make- especially given how in a city like McKinney you can forget the 1% rule for rentals as pretty much impossible, while in the Tarrant County I wouldn't touch anything that wasn't significantly above the 1% rule- 1.4% or better is my preference.Anyway, excellent topic and can of worms you've opened up here.

Being wasteful was second only to disrespect in the list of household rules.This is a mindset that is nearly impossible to change, even if I wanted to.

Generally the wholesalers seem to forward deals from other people, so it’s almost impossible for me to figure out who really has the deal!!
