I'd prime and paint over the rooms as the tenants destroy the wallpaper but I'd try to clean with magic erasers first.

We had designed one in a condo development - I think we called it a "Pet Spa" where a resident could wash/clean their dog and/or have a groomer use the facility for haircuts, cleaning etc.

.- keep in mind that things like spices, towels, sheets, tp, paper towels, propane for bbq's, cleaning supplies, coffee filters, soap, have to be kept up to date, clean and refilled when you have weekly renters.

I look at their credit and figure out what needs to be done to clean it up, Then I work with them to make sure they take the necessary steps.
