Seattle Seahurst Burien area handyman, contractor, plumber needed

BP family:

looking for a referral for a very skilled handyman, or a contractor and plumber.   I have a friend who became a landlord by default and has a house in Burien area.  Apparently, there was a remodel done on a 2nd floor shower and the work is deffective.  Water in now pouring into the kitchen below when the shower is used.

Hey Donald, Does the shower have a tile floor and walls?  If so your problem might be from a improperly installed liner.

Any ways, here is a good plumber that can help diagnose your problem.
