However if I was unable to fill my clients needs I would send them to someone who can.

Movers can fill up a storage facility quicker than conventional marketing can, and their clients tend to be more affluent. 

If so, do I still have her fill out my own lease at her existing rent or just leave her old lease in place until it expires?

When filling out a Yellow Letter order, do we need to specify which address to send the letters to anywhere?

rehab estimates have gone way over budget in the past... vacancies are taking 4-5 months to fill etc...I am coming to the BP community to see if there are any "good" property managers that any of you have used in the area.

I still require applicants to fill out a paper application so I can collect SSN and drivers license numbers.
