I just returned back to the states from a three week trip in France.

One of the biggest challenges can be getting your floor levels to be close so you don't create odd trip hazards.

To substantiate her expenses, she provided a mileage log of trips taken to various networking events, receipts for home renovations, and an invoice for website creation.

That just saves you some trips if you don't live near the property and can open it up to a lot of people at once if there are many interested parties. 

Unfortunately, on a trip there this weekend, I found that the situation hadn't been improved and am now going to be letting her go.

July 4th weekend was a time for backyard BBQ, fireworks and beach trips.

U also never want to charge up fully you should only charge 80% and you should never run it lower than 20%  doing either of those degrades battery life  .. mainly the charging it full so I only charge full if I am going on a trip say from Portland to my place in Vegas.  

The market we are going after are groups, families, and girls trips looking for a luxury experience at a large private property with a pool, hot tub, game room, etc... that is close to the lake.
