@Mark Graffagnino, property condition standards for VA are higher than any other Agency loan.If the property is in decent shape and the pest report is relatively clean, I wouldn't worry about it.

Honestly, you would be surprised to hear that most of the oil companies are still going to drill and produce unless it hits a low mark say $30 per barrel.

Mark Swoveland is a great guy on BP and "hosts" a monthly lunch that has great attendance, usually in Plano Shops of Legacy area.Market is overpriced in general depending on area of course but there are some good deals to be found.
