Often in periods of strong growth national brands might test those smaller markets and leave early termination clauses in the lease.

I’m brand new but I’m from Chandler and was wondering about the market in the Valley.

What kind of junior anchors and large anchors are around the site (junior might be Starbucks freestanding, Mcdonalds, Chick Fil a, national brand gas station) or larger anchors ( Super Walmart, Home Depot, Publix, Lowe's, Costco, Target, etc.)You need to know how valuable your site is.

Go sell a ton of donuts and build the brand.

I live in Texas and am brand new and brand new to the BP group. 

You could do something for each unit as a patio but that is a little more involved and I think A-D  will get something but not E-F.
