I am not trying to take your leads and run with them, or even cut into your profits by taking a salary or some percentage of these deals.

In most cases it seemed as though they could fund the home within 7-10 days, but when I calculated the additional holding costs, the balloon payment and the points, it really seemed to cut into the profits.

I've cut most of my living cost by moving back home until I'm able to accumulate several rental properties.

Some of that will still be usable for cuts, but you should pad in some extra waste.We actually bought all they had (6 pallets) of this tile and had enough for 2 of our properties.

Once the house is sold, they get a cut of what it was sold for, minus my holding costs.

I had a plumber fix the problem, but he had to cut a hole into the ceiling of the condo unit below mine. 

It is a lot of money but would cut my monthly bills substantially.

The only acesss needed would be for the emergency cut off switch .  

I am moving to Oregon this summer and will be transferring to a university up there so i will take a cut in bah unfortunately.
