MLS realtor run around crap is a waste of time and perfectly good heartburn.

All of them Demo'd this one took the cake though 150X 150 lot.. going to bust into two lots.Just tallied up my dumpter receipts and other costs.. a little over 60k  including demo house and asbestos remediation .But what floored me was the weight in the dumpsters and this after we had scrappers and metal pickers on site for about 3 to 4 months as we would clear out one level of crap..

Unlike others, I don't make crap up, and this is not even my favorite building. ;)

I get that not everyone is that chatty, but it makes a difference when someone knows what they are doing and are willing to teach someone who doesn’t know crap about their craft. 

It will qualify for financing, and then section 8, or you can get tenants who are employed and will pay their rent on time.If you want a 50k house that's not entirely crap in a bad neighborhood, Cleveland may not be the best market, just because the prices are high.
