Month to month renters are challenging locally much less from a distance.

I need recommendations for a Property Mgmt company to handle a property in Covington, GA.

@Dylan Tettemer going from any job (active duty or otherwise) into full time real estate is extremely challenging.

If you can handle the "people" aspect by reading them, listening to them, I believe you will have better success.  

I am also leaning away from this option, mostly because I know it won't go anywhere.Can anyone provide any insight into how you would handle this situation?

Ultimately I'd like to find a G.C that can handle my projects, from demo to final finish.I'm looking to build a long term relationship with a company that possesses the following: Fair pricing, timely & efficient, communicative, can get the job done on time & on budget.
