Some months I'll have $3,800 in cash flow; that is cash flow strictly from my current job after expenses.I've been listening to Bigger Pockets YouTube Videos, as well as VIPFinancialEd, and Rent LIke A Prop for the past eight months.I've been taking notes and what others have done, and now I'm about to make it happen myself.Any and all advice would be appreciated.I look forward to joining the rest of you on this journey to financial independence...even if I happen to be a late bloomer taking an awkward and difficult path to getting there.Cheers,"Makiing it happen" Matt

Lastly, YouTube has a lot of videos explaining the fundamentals of subject to investing that will help but ultimately you need a local that is willing to help you.

I've listened to every BP podcast, every Grant Cardone youtube video, read over 20 books, all on real estate and personal finances.I'm devastated that she says these things to me and I have no idea how to get her to see that this isn't something that's a half-a$$ed idea. 

I learned how to: Install hardwood flooring, tile, crown moulding, window and door trim, baseboard, plastering, electrical, plumbing, hvac, you name it.If you go that route, my only advice is to make youtube your best friend, and get ready for a lot of blood sweat and tears.
