I would say my best advice is to take your time, learn about the properties you're looking at, visit some open houses to see what's out there and the condition of properties are, engage with agents in the local area and the selling agents in the open houses to see what they love about the area.

If your next CPA is not a Certified Financial Planner, then you should engage one if you have significant assets - real, stocks, bond, cash, etc.

If it was me, I would forego a DIY approach because I might save a of of money on the front end by not engaging a qualified attorney, only to have to spend it all for an attorney to correct my work.Jim Kennedy
