Hi! My girlfriend and I came across Bigger Pockets and real estate investing a couple months ago and have been obsessed with the idea of building wealth this way. We've listened to tons of podcasts and read countless articles and we feel ready to jump in. We currently live in Worcester but my girlfriend works in Wakefield and we are interested in moving more out that way.

We want to start with a house hack since we need a place to live anyway, and we would love to expand to short term rentals and vacation homes. We also love the idea of big renovations and value add properties.

We are about to start the process of finding an agent/getting pre-approved and would love any tips, tricks, or suggestions. We have started looking at the networking area of the BP website but would always appreciate recommendations or people to reach out to us! Basically this post is a hello to all of you as investors I look up to, and I hope to be back posting about a successful deal in the near future!
