There are numerous other short comings in ADU additions.  

I have numerous things that I could close fast, I just don't have relationships w Hard money lenders.

I personally know more than half a dozen MAI appraisers, numerous assessors covering all credential ranges, Syndicator's, Private Finance CEO's & CFO's, investors of every ilk and experience level, developers....

I look at 100 houses over the span of 6 months and made numerous offers before I found my duplex in west oak park.

This would weed out the numerous texts i'd receive daily.If person could answer those questions we could get past this point i would let them see the unit on their own by providing a key code to one unit once they arrived at the unit.
