Because many of them are dead broke and up to their eye balls in debt just like the general population.

I've been reading and listening to BP podcasts and now that the time is getting close and the opportunity is becoming real since I'm almost finished with school, I thought it would be a good idea to start getting acquainted with the forums more and start learning what to do to get the ball rolling soon.

It's a bit of leg-work but that should be all the tools you need to get the ball rolling!

I think, if this was something that I was considering doing, I would look at this approach and the snow ball method to figure out my course.

I've put a bunch of reasonable low ball offers that have simply been rejected and then the property just ends up going to auction.

Just wondering if I should really play hard ball or take the deal to gain experience?
