I'm thinking about doing a trip in the not-too-distant future of flying into New Orleans and driving along the coast to Ft.

I get it these folks are in their late 20s to early 40s and have now done well and are taking their first big trips to far away lands and the cool car they bought etc etc.. thats my take on it.

My husbi has frequent business trips so he also might not live at home when we purchase.

Together we love to visit wineries, go on road trips and date night.

I’ve been there multiple times on client trips and have a genuine interest in the success of the state.

I currently have one rental here in Colorado which has been doing great but prices have gone through the roof for buying anything new at the moment.I am looking at Multifamily and also BRRRR single family homes.I am planning a trip to Florida in the next month or so and would love some pointers in what areas I might start looking. 

For me, it's where were people taking trips before covid stir crazy, during all economies, and the local economy enjoys the people coming in.

My wife and I are going there on a vacation trip, not to purchase property.

what's the difference between buying a stock and selling the same day and buying  a stock and selling the next day or next week. 
if you already own a certain stock, then you buy a few more shares then sell them the ...
