I'm going to be down near your neck of the woods in a couple weeks for a wedding in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area.

As a veteran and as someone who had a service dog in their wedding all I can say to that thinking is wow!

I can not imaging it.

Stop by on a Wed or Thurs and the guy that teaches the class even wrote a book he'll give you for free detailing the whole process with charts, graphs and actual conservative examples of how practical this strategy is. 

I want the public to have an image of quality work and is known to improve neighborhoods.

It makes me want to quit... because I don't have a good system and stuff is EVERYWHERE....Every month I take pictures of the rental checks on my phone or any check related to the property management and put it in albums for each according property....So where normal people have funny dog pics, I have a million checks on my phone.... and every month its a disaster scrolling through pics of checks, Let alone the NIGHTMARE of tech issues in sync'ing my devices and images getting passed around/deleted etc etc.....I'm sure no normal property manager does this.... what is the best system?

Great idea, but uploading an image of my drivers license is an invitation of identity thief.

Do you wait til Wed? 

Here is a run down of what I have tried - - Many different accounts from many different IP addresses- All new images- All new text- All new properties- No phone numbers that lead back to meAnd still, many of my ads are auto flagged.
