I've created a bussiness idea with logo and branding - Thoughts?

Hey now!
I've put together an idea for a real estate business idea and have come up with a company name, a logo and a possible slogan. I'm looking for feedback on it's design, colors, what you think when you first see it etc. The company name will be Green Deal Investors - GDI.

My Business Card

A design for a car magnet or a bandit sign. Not sure if  I should do the pay cash since I dont have any of my own cash to buy. I figured hard money is cash I can get if the deal is good enough. 

I've started on a business plan and this is jist of what the company will do.

Executive Summary

Green Deal Investors is poised at becoming a real estate investing company. Our goal is to purchase distressed real estate at below market prices and invest capital resources to rehabilitate the properties. We will have several investing strategies including buy and hold, flipping properties and leasing properties. Each property will be analyzed to decide which strategies will be used on it. Our properties will balance safety, cutting edge features, and a positive atmosphere for all tenants. These rentals will be provided with unmatched levels of customer service and attention. Our initial purchase forecast is one property a year and by year five multiple properties a year. A power team of unique individuals from different aspects of real estate investing will be put together to create and efficient team to complete deals. A formula has been created to asset the sale price, the rehabilitation budget, holding costs and profit percentages to verify a profitable deal. Marketing our business will be key to generate potential deals through distressed individuals needing to quickly sell their properties or don’t have the funds to renovate their properties to sell. Proper due diligence will be completed before any offer is signed and finalized. A design and scope of work will be completed before renovations begin to act as a roadmap that will allow contractors to budget and schedule renovations timely and effectively.

Business Strategy

As a licensed Carpenter working in renovating properties for the last 10 years I have developed the skills and the vision too see the potential where others have not. I am able to assess a property and evaluate it if it could be a possible profitable venture. Using a formula, creating a scope of work and a budget I can evaluate a potential deal. Having a team of professionals behind me I know I can make a profitable real estate investing business.

My vision for the business is one with a reputation of quality, honesty and integrity. I want the public to have an image of quality work and is known to improve neighborhoods. I want people to think that my properties are desirable and in high demand. That we are here to help individuals with their problems and create solutions. If we are not able to help we can recommend others that can.

I'm working on the website myself now so it's still under development. I'm not allowed to link it.
