After reading and watching videos about wholesaling and just the real estate market in general I think wholesaling is the route best for me.

If you aren't worried about dealing with guest interaction yourself and have someone who would do cleaning (or you'll do it yourself), then self-managing is totally reasonable. 

Already purchased the next one for $7,000 cash and will do multiple videos on it to show you all the progress of it.
