Photos don't tell you the whole story and can miss key things...like a big hole in the ceiling (true story) plus information on the neighbourhood.

They listed the home and the seller tried to promote his own open houses - with zero effect.The flat-fee guy had the seller's contact info incorrect (wrong area code), wrong number of beds, an ultra-brief description that didn't do the home justice and really amateur photos

If you do one project on one of the lots, then you could decide whether or not to hire the same Builder for the other lot.The builder should quote a firm, lump sum price to build on that lot base on a set of home plans you provide, or the builder may have suggested plans and photos of houses the builder has built through the years.
