I'm starting off in the Houston market.I’ve been doing a lot of driving for dollars, pretty much every chance I get since its apparently the easiest/cheapest way to get started generating leads as I don’t have a whole lot of money to start.

I have a lead on a 10 unit studio apartment complex and upon further digging, the landlord pays all electricity, gas, and water.

I don't know Thousand Oaks well, but under normal circumstances, violations of a lease generally lead to a notice to cure or quit in California. 

I was working with a Leading Huntsville Realtor earlier this year and most properties were basically going for market value.... then anything SFR in a decent C+ to A- neighborhood that got listed was under contract within 48 hrs.   

Hey I am new here and was wondering if anyone is utilizing facebooks advertising platform yet to generate buyer or seller leads?

Every informative post by an escrow officer or Realtor or LO or accountant on this discussion form is in part being helpful, and in part lead gen.

Where do you get your leads?
