I’m guessing the loan approval from them was “too easy”......financing for a casino operation I would think would require some decent experience in the field, maybe your management company contract would help in this, maybe not.

Regarding your question, earnest money, in my experience, has always been documented on the actual sales and purchase contract that you have with the buyer, and not on the assignment fee.

From my experience, if a company cannot provide the XML response from the syndication partner, they are not sending your data or have a massive error in their data that they need to know how to fix.
