The local REIA just changed ownership and is improving but I don't believe it is heavily frequented by any of the local players.

In a hot market like Austin, it is unlikely that you will find a good deal competing with folks that are willing to pay above market values and get into bidding wars. 

At the end of the day they will be competing against each other.

They have up to 6 people  There are some sell-able items(old record players, sound equipment, sewing machine, fitness equipment,etc.) as well.  2) Would you give them the right to sell any of the household items and reduce the fee or sell them yourself?

Now, I have thought before of a development of strictly STRs - with security gate etc, but I’m then competing against Residence Inn, etc., and they do a pretty good job in the big cities.

They are competing on rate because they can't compete on anything else, i.e. service, skill, etc.

Hi Rob -- as a former avid soccer player and fan, I can tell you that most likely you won't see much happening for commercial businesses and AirBNB for this soccer team.Women's professional soccer -- and this is a travesty, because I find their game to be far more clinical, thought-out, and executed over the men's game -- simply has zero draw.
