Real Estate Investor Friendly CPA in Greater Phx Market

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a CPA in the Phx/ Scottsdale market? I need someone who is real estate savvy, and knows the benefits of investing, including the use of Solo 401K to purchase Real Estate, and can maximize opportunities for minimizing capital gains through means other than 1031 exchanges in order to keep the use of the funds flexible.

I would like to network with a competent CPA for business I can refer.
