Real estate has always been a passion (read everything on planet earth, listened to every podcast, always keeping an eye on the market, etc) but finally at a time in my life where action is the next step. 

Even though I am passionate of what I do (Process Technician), I want to invest/spend my time learning about real estate specifically the house hacking part.

I can't stop listening to podcasts, reading forums and books on this topic I really do think its my passion.

My passion is to obtain properties for renting, both residential and commercial, and apply solar panels to all of them to help shift our modern world to a greener future.
