I'm in the stage now where I am looking for investor friendly real estate agents who can not only assist me in our partnership, but also have the experience as an investor to be able to give me advice and guide me towards better deals. I'd be more than grateful to have some help compiling questions I can ask real estate agents to efficiently decide if they are a good fit for me, as well as any other advice with the process of finding real estate agents. Thanks for the support, everyone!

Hey @David Donald Henning Jr.I found my RE agent through the BiggerPockets network and he is has been awesome to work with!

Anyways, once you find someone, google them, check their reviews, ask them for a consultation or meet with them (Absorb information, let them educate you, ask questions)

Questions to ask:

1. What are considerable expectations from your customers?

2. What expectations would I have working with you?

3. What would make somebody a bad client?

4. What would make somebody a good client?

5. Do you personally invest in Real Estate? (This question was IMPORTANT for me)

Also, expect for your agent to have some questions about you and your Real Estate goals.
