Since you are painting two different materials I would also wonder if the color might look a bit different on the stucco vs. the brick.

Contractors also use the formula of materials cost X 3 , basically 1/3 materials , 1/3 labor and 1/3 profit .

I obviously have to take them down, but I want to know what material I should use to replace them.

I'm a GC and I always supply my customers with written proposals that include all labor and materials.

It's good at keeping my mind occupied (and learning a thing or two) while doing mindless tasks.The length is good, but I think you shouldn't be afraid to go over when you have a great topic that still has material.
