A cabin is not usually up to the same building regulations as a new construction home would be.

I have a Heloc on an investment duplex, but as others mentioned you need to be in the under 80% LTV range...I think mine may actually have been 70% LTV though I can't recall specifically. 

To help LPs wondering what the market values of their investments are today, I thought it would be beneficial to have a thread where LPs can ask for valuations on specific properties and the sponsors in this forum can opine.

Also, inquire about any planned developments or zoning changes in the area.Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the property complies with all local building codes, permits, and regulations.

If you must choose white make sure you get a paint specifically for trim which helps it last longer (also semi-gloss as a minimum sheen).
