XYZ Bank might not, but that's on them and saying it "can't" be done is a bit misleading.Our underwriters are out in Concord and know the Bay Area and we try to keep Bay Area underwriters underwriting Bay Area loans so that they already know all the Bay Area quirks.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues, hopefully you can fight it, but in my experience on the lending and investing side, the appraiser won't budge unless they made a trivial mistake (forgot to take into consideration major highway dividing lines, incorrect square footage on records, fat fingering an address, etc.)

I read that incorrectly, I thought you were looking for multiple FHA loans.I would not be concerned about obtaining an FHA loan with the intention of it being your primary residence, getting relocated for work and renting out the property.

@Debra N.If you aren't finding buyers, your deal probably isn't good enough for the market that you're in or your comps/repair estimates are incorrect.
