@Liam Martin I would recommend taking a loan out instead (usually at extremely low rates), and you’ll pay it back through your pay checks.You could also calculate/estimate the hit to your taxes and incorporate that into your ROI and CoCR calculations to see if it changes the attractiveness of the investment.
