I've just found out about Vena and been watching some of her youtube video's.  

Most of the time it isn't hard to excel at this over your competition.  

They don't need jobs and they actually see moving to Asheville as a downgrade/better deal then where they are moving from.Asheville has a really good art scene, excellent food options and plenty of outdoor activities.

These days, you can use Docusign, etc. to do the contracts remotely, but I think you MUST have someone you trust in the local market to inspect the property and send you pics and videos.  

We use their lists in over 40 markets.In this video I show how to use Listsource.com to pull a list of "absentee owners with high equity"....  

You can make multiple accounts though, and then use your computer with Google Hangouts to make calls, texts, and video chats as if it were a phone.
