We’re new, like brand new, don’t have our first property yet (aside from our home).We have a 17 year old and 3 between 1 and 6 years old.

Hi everyone.I am brand new to the forum.I am a Contractor/ Home Inspector / and now working towards Investor.   

Electrical- running basic circuits, 3 way circuits, lighting fixtures (fans, recessed, etc), basics on breaker boxes11.

I’m a brand new investor, no deals, don’t even own my own home yet, just starting my journey via books, podcasts, forums, YouTube etc… Here’s my dilemma: I have a little over 100k saved.

When my wife saw the stainless steel stove she made me install a new white stove and the appearance made a huge difference.We never let our tenants install refrigerators with icemakers because when they do leaks and damage is inevitable and when tenants move they always rip the plumbing apart and leave leaks.I can't tell if there are stains in the kitchen ceiling, or if there are recessed lights.

Even if the garage is brand new.....Contractors are not required to pour a garage slab to the same specs as a living space slab. 

I am doing a light rehab on a house in Knoxville, TN, and I would REALLY appreciate a referral for a handyman / contractor and a roofer for roof repairs.

brand new they wouldn't cost that much. 

if the paint isn’t peeling or looks bad I wouldn’t paint If I had to repaint and reroof I would do grey/black roof with light grey paint, black shutters and white trim, red door
