We made our screening process more flexible, which did not require the guest to sign a rental agreement before their check-in.At one instance there was a lady interested in one of our properties, which later became a booking.

@Ray Realdine,We use cozy.co for our application/screening, and personally-- I think the extra hoops to have to go online helps weed out serious vs. non-serious buyers.

Well if you just want to rent it "faster", you could not only skip the security deposit but also get rid of any tenant screening and perhaps even lower the rent some.
