Preparing to Rent First Single Family House

Hi All,

My name is Yori and I am currently in Melbourne, FL. I am trying to get started in real state investment. I signed a contract for a new construction in the Palm Bay, FL which is scheduled to be completed in the April/May timeframe. However, I will be relocating about two hours south for a new job. I would like to still buy the property because I bought it last year in early 2021 and it may already have some equity in based on similar properties in the area.

Any suggestions, links, and/or advice you can share so that I can prepare in the next couple months would be greatly appreciated. Maybe what things should I keep in minds, setting up leasing agreements, or any other related topic in general.

Thank you in advance for sharing. Looking forward to your comments.

Best,

Yori
