No security deposit
Hi,
I was wondering what you think about not taking security deposits, since I happen to think people would rent such an apartment much faster.
thank you

Well if you just want to rent it "faster", you could not only skip the security deposit but also get rid of any tenant screening and perhaps even lower the rent some. I'm sure it'll rent extremely fast. ;)
