Whenever I try to comment on something I read on them, she quickly points me to "more accurate" information from her sources.Don't get me wrong, I love my realtor and feel she brings a TON of value to my REI activities, but it's almost like she feels threatened by Zillow and Trulia, like she's worried she might be replaced by them.

My lease doesn't specify when a late fee is to be collected but it does specify that if rent is not received after the 10th day of the month a late fee is assessed.

I agree with your assessment and would rather have the seller take care of all items prior to closing even if I have to delay the closing.
