As a "real estate junkie", I guess I "couldn't help myself", so I "Googled, researched, did some due-diligence (I.e., Google "street views", etc. and more!).

Their support is brilliant and you can integrate google, apple etc

If all else fails you can always write appropriate reviews online about the company (Yelp, Google, BBB, Yellowpages, etc.). 

I made the mistake the first time I screened tenants of providing a phone number and meeting with tenants before qualifying well.What I've done now is filter potential tenants through a Google Form.

We'll use google to pull from various sources such as Crains, Civics Dashboard, Census Report,..... find correlating data and then use it. 

I did some googling and came across a product that is relatively inexpensive compared to the quotes I was getting.

Without knowing your goals, I have had good luck with Angie's list and basic google search. 

After running her name through google, I find out there is a wedding website setup for her and her fiance - the guy who owns the property, and both have their FB pages full of recent loving hugging photos, so clearly they aren't separated.
