In response to many BP conversations we've had and phone calls we receive regularly regarding management services here in Indianapolis, we found that many out of state / out of country investors are not aware that in the state or Indiana, you must hold a real estate license in order to provide management service for third parties.  

Investing and speculating are two entirely separate topics.Clearly in this area of the country investing for cash flow is not conceivably possible if the numbers as posted hold true.

There are tons of investor groups here in Dallas-Fort-Worth and Forbes recently ranked us the #1 city in the country to invest in real estate.

I have a tenant thats out of the country in Iraq.
