I wouldn't do anything unless the police dept said its a issue,, you don't have proof and if police don't arrest then she probably wouldn't have a criminal report filed against her..I'd be aware of her actions and if you feel it's within your better judgement to let her move on just give her proper notice, she's month to month so your in perfect position to do a non-renewal you don't need a reason it's just you decided to not renew her lease again.

Be aware, using a "wholesaler type" contract to purchase, then using a standard "realtor type" purchase agreement to sell can get you into trouble......there's a reason why the realtor contracts are 7-9 pages long.....they cover a lot of situations your contract doesn't.

In estate planning, I was aware that DST's offer beneficiaries In estate planning, I was aware that DST's offer beneficiaries and the property Basis is raises to the current fair market value upon inheritance.Also I have read that 1031 exchange properties follow a similar path when inherited.My question is does a simple buy and hold REI also receive a new FMV Basis upon interitance?

The only bad spots I am aware of in Pearland are the Brio-Superfund site and near the Blue-Ridge Landfill.
