Those groups are there simply to shut down the meetings.That should not be permitted.

You also have to deal with permitting and zoning issues.

I'm somewhat surprised these questions, along with your underground vs. overhead electrical hookup questions didn't get resolved during the planning review and permitting process.

I read Fannie and Freddie and VA/FHA permit streamlining but not if the loan was previously low doc.

He is holding my permits (which buyers are asking for copies of), too.

See comments on rent ready units above and consider the fact that at least in our area if power has been off for more than 90 days it requires an occupancy permit, unless these units are in good shape and systems have been well maintained or updated this will usually trigger a need for an electrical permit,  Pandoras box.  

Whether I will be permitted to do that again, I don't think so, but I'm not sure .This is between the lender and our company.

Most importantly the city of Duluth limits how many are permits are allowed and currently there all taken.

I was expecting to be in permitting by now but we are not. 

The work was permitted by the County however the deed makes no mention of the addition.
