Somewhere with some kind of yard is desirable as we have two dogs.The biggest thing for us however is to have a small carriage house or a guest house or something convertible into a rentable/livable space.I like north county a lot does anyone have some good recommendations to start searching for something like this to buy in that area.

I am currently looking at moving to the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Triangle area of North Carolina from Hawai'i this summer and am trying to find an agent to help me look for potential homes before I get there.

Do so at your own risk of course.Clark students use a lot of off campus housing but my understanding is main st is the great abyss and students will stay north of main st at all costs bc of a shorter walk without a busy st to cross.
