I would love to find a someone local within SoCal to teach me and guide me in investing.

I have printed off the "Ultimate Beginners Guide" and "How to Buy a Duplex- The Ultimate Step by Step Guide" and have ordered "Finding and Funding Great Deals" to get me a little up to speed on making informed decisions.

Thank you for your valuable advice, I had a few homeless persons and regular section 8 people came, the section 8 people don't want it because they have the one bedroom voucher, and they don't want studio apartment.
