Has anyone on here had experience utilizing a virtual assistant to help with property management?

It is recommended to look for one with Real Estate experience.

Supervise them to ensure they stay good, and have policies and procedures in place to nip problems in the bud before they grow into something bigger.If you travel a lot, or don't have a lot of knowledge/experience/time, then you should hire a property manager.

The main lesson I learned was that if you have some experience you can pick the right property, in the right location, fill it with the right tenant and it can actually work out!

Investors coming out of the San Francisco, San Jose, Sacramento markets can experience lower entry pricing for single family investments.

Have any of you had experience with this approach, and if so, have you seen the same success?

In your experiences what websites or software works well for getting leads with accurate data?

I have zero experience with this but how would you deal with electric and other utilities? 

And can you tell me your experience with them.

I agree, although in my experience most often when people hear that "P" word they draw back and.... ruminate on "loosing" a % of there company, investment, cash-flow or profits.
