@Summer Poole There are plenty of avenues to take when it comes to acquiring the list and building/budgeting your marketing campaign, which can require some money upfront to systemize & scale.

And if you have kids, not just guardians, but temporary guardians like your babysitter or neighbor who can take care of your children while the long term guardian arrives, That way you avoid child services and the long court system.

When I call the finance company I get their main call center who sometimes cannot even find my neighbors property in their system, other times they can.

The whole system is out of control .  

In 20 months since the initial purchase it had a broken water heater a major leak in the front yard watering system, and found that the prior owner severely misinstalled the laminate flooring.

Usually after any frenzy of activity things do have to slow down to allow the system to catch up.
