Our target market is the 19th ward because UR is right accross the river and many employees and students are always looking for housing to buy or rent. 

Might try to see it from the "teacher's" side, would you want kids going through Medical School learning crap and then going out treating your family?

If I were to design a program it would be one where the student would actually become a member of my team and I would mentor, coach and train them daily through all aspects of businesses.
