(2 part question)Are there any other method of finding vacant properties (pretty houses at least) other than driving through neighborhoods?

Hey, my name is Joshlee, I am a newbie wholesaler in the miami dade area, and I was wondering if there are any methods to finding vacant properties other than driving around to neighborhoods?

What is the best way to build a QUALITY buyers list?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
