Otherwise you can add extra stress to your relationship.From a math standpoint, you need to know what you can afford.  

I personally love rental investment deals because they tend to be less stressful and time-consuming.

Was considering law school after this but so burnt out I just want to leave society for a while.

A better example of that would be seeing your CEO buddy stressing out, asking what's wrong and then placing a sell order on your phone as he goes into detail about the email from his compliance VP notifying him that the FDA came back with a decision much earlier than expected.I've read a lot by Robert, but took the 'story' with a grain of salt.

The stress of even her bothering me about rent before it's due is DRIVING ME CRAZY.  

Any help would be greatly appreciated, this home is stressing me out and we don't even own it yet.

I am currently doing volunteer work in India and relying on rental proceeds from the USA for my living costs so it's quite a stressful situation.
